Couldn't resist to buy this Madeleines pan when I saw it was only $5 at Tjmaxx last week. So, my baking mode is turned on. Continue on my petit four project following the recipe from the Le Cordon Bleu book. The result was OK. I wish it was a bit more lemony. A bit sweet for my taste buds but acceptable. Will definitely play with the recipe in the future. As for the look, the sea shells shape is not obvious. No wonder the baking pan is only $5! Wonder if the shape of the $8 one would be better...
