Kale Chips at Home

Keep hearing good thing about this popular veges, kale. Finally got a bag from Trader Joe's and I addicted to it immediately. I eat it as salad, put it in pasta, soup or just braised it as a side. Today, I tried making kale chips at home. Very simple and easy. Just toss the kale leaves with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 250F for 30 minutes in a single layer. And it's done! I used the pre-cut and washed kale. It works but they shrink into very small pieces. Will definitely used fresh ones and cut into bigger pieces next time. Need to tune down a bit of the salt as well. I've already had so many ideas on favoring the kale chips. Can't wait to try them all.
