After working for a week to get a box of french macarons for my "got everything friend"'s birthday, due to lack of practice, I got so many egg yolks left. I hate throwing food away. What should I do???? Ah-ha! Found this awesome receipt, Seven Yolk Pasta Dough, simple and easy to use up all my egg yolks. I don't have a pasta mechanism. So, I roll out the dough all by my hands and cut them by a simple knife last Sunday. It took me some time but at the end, this is what I got for lunch, a bowl of yummy fresh homemade pasta:
