Sourdough Beer Bread (from Bryce Canyon)


Got this Sourdough Beer Bread mix at the Ruby's Inn General Store while visiting Bryce Canyon on May. Finally have time to make it. Just add the light beer of your choice, mix and bake. Simple enough! I used the bud light. Absolutely not my favorite beer but the only one I have at home. End results? Very interesting. It does taste like sourdough but you can also taste the bitterness from the beer. Some alternative. I will be using the bread to make my lunch sandwich this week. Exciting!
