My Very First Plate of "Petits Fours"

Make 3 batches of macaron on Monday night and they all came out good! Well, the pistachio ones came out a bite flatter than the others. I think I need a different recipe for the pistachio macaron. At the end, pistachio and almond are two different NUTS. Here it is my very first plate of "Petits Fours" for tomorrow barbecue at work. Yeah!!!

From top to bottom: original macaron with almond buttercream, "burned" visitandine, pistachio macaron with rosewater buttercream, "burned" visitandine again, and orange macaron with raspberry buttercrem.
