Things I made for Christmas

In 5 minutes, Jazz will lose the first game to Lakers this season. I am losing patient to watch the game. So, why not update my blog.

Christmas. As usually, quite for me. Had great time at my friends' party, especially during the white elephant gifts exchange. I knitted a rudolph hat for my friend 1 year old and a quick and not-so-perfect owl sweater for my other friend unborn baby BOY. Yea, boy because we all thought "he" was a girl for about 8 months. I knitted a very cute red cardigan for "her" but now, it's useless...

Couldn't see the hat clear but he is absolutely cute with the hat!

As for food, I am back to my skill on french macaroon! Happy happy happy. Need to seriously start blogging about it. Also, did a second batch of Cannoli. Looks better but still the filling is a bit runny. Google about the Cannoli filling and found that there is a trick the teacher didn't tell us - drain the ricotta to remove the moisture! How could he miss that???

Among the food I made, I love the jello-shot the most. Found this recipe for a long time and waiting for the right time to make it. My friends said it a bit too strong but I like it because it's a shot. Suppose to be strong, right?

Don't they look good??? They are yummy too!
I still have 2/3 of a box. I am gonna get drunk every day after work ~_~"
Have to scale down next time!
Happy Blogging - Vee
