Time for Macarons!

Yea! My heavy gauge aluminum baking sheet arrived today. What does that mean? Macarons this weekend again. Wish me luck that I will success this time. I promise I will share.

I am just so happy tonight not only because the baking sheet arrived but also I accomplished a blue problem at the climbing gym tonight for the first time! I also finished a problem that I've been struggling for 3 weeks. Now, I don't care my experiment results were disappointing today or the weather will be look like this again this weekend.
